You can eliminate that black tank and free up space or even with a second fresh tank as per requirement.  If you want you can either use a grey or black tank.

While the compost dumping schedule depends on how frequently you are using and dumping process is also quite simple so it can be said that a composite toilet is the best selection you can make.
